在做测试之前，凯翼X3要静置熄火，在零下三十几度的环境下，打开引擎盖冷冻12小时以上，把车完全冻透，然后进行冷启试验。经过多轮测试，最短用时0.4秒，而大部分车辆在常温下的启动时间为3到5秒钟。测试结果表明凯翼X3极低温启动性能优异。
